Relax with your whole family at this peaceful haven which boasts a backyard view to golf course and pond and easy access to local boat docks and fishing. You can also get to Disney, Universal Studios and other Kissimmee attractions in minutes. The community offers a gated pool and quiet neighbors that make you feel welcomed.
The space
Wake up in a comfy Master Suite with a king size bed with a backyard view to golf course and pond. Family can also sleep on two comfy twin beds in the guest space and includes an available full size sofa pull-out. Each bedroom has flat screen TV with full cable service. This property has a full sized kitchen and is stocked with all the necessities for family meals like cooking utensils, pots & pans and an outside propane BBQ grill. There are two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer available.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt & pepper and coffee station for your days of stay.

The patio offers a peaceful view with comfy chairs where you find a great place to relax.

For Children we have backyard games, checkers, and card games. For smaller tots, we have a pack n play and high chair available.
Guest access
You have access to the entire unit, carport parking, a back yard , patio and the community pool.

Check in time: 3 pm (or later) - the front gate is open 24/7
Check out time: 11am

Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it as the cleaner needs proper time to sanitize and disinfect the home. Please communicate with the host if changes need to be negotiated.
