1920s home fully restored with a vintage modern flare! This home is right in the heart of all of the activity the beach has to offer and also boasts a cowboy pool in the back yard with a deck, grill and hammocks! All 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of this 1300 sq ft home has been uniquely designed to give all 11 guests ample room and comfort to enjoy your beach vacation in style! Simply bring your bathing suit and flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!
3-5 minute walk to the beach!
This home has on-street parking only. 2 parking passes are provided automatically for a total of 2 vehicles.

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests must reach out to the host before booking if they are bringing a trailer to ensure parking accommodations.
Backyard/courtyard is shared with other guests.
You will have to walk up 2 sets of stairs to get onto the property from the street where you park.

We provide a beach wagon, beach towels, and beach umbrella but not beach chairs at this time. Guests can rent the beach chairs from the vendors that are on the beach if needed.
I will be available via the app at all times, though between 11pm and 8am communication could be slow.
Our beachside neighborhood is quickly revitalizing and there are always many people walking around, enjoying their strolls and headed to the beach! This area is all about the beach life!
You will have the home all to yourself and the courtyard & backyard is shared.

Bedroom 3: Sleeps 5. 2 twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed

Driveway Size: None. On-street parking only (reach out if guest will bring a trailer). 2 Parking passes provided and must be returned at the end of the stay.
Many places are walkable from this location! Walk to restaurants, the beach, Ocean Center, Main Street, gift shops, the boardwalk, mini golf, water park, laser tag and arcade!
