Enjoy your winter in the warm sun in this Port Orange home. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king-sized​ bed, a tall chest of drawers and a long dresser with a mirror. This bedroom also has a 32" tv and access to the full private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a full bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and nightstand and the other bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. This bedroom also has a 32" tv. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a comfortable family room with 2 full size couches and a recliner along with a 50" tv. The family room also has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has all major appliances along with all small appliances including a Keurig​, a toaster, microwave and all the pots, pans and skillets you will need to make a great meal. The kitchen has a small table to seat 2 and the adjacent dining room seats 4. Outside on the screened lanai you will find another table that seats 4 and a gas grill. There is a solar heated pool that does a good job heating when the weather starts to warm up but will not keep it warm when the nights are so cold. There are lounge chairs along with pool toys and a fountain water feature. Enjoy watching the birds and fish jump from the lanai as you over look the large pond. This home is in a quiet neighborhood that is a 10 minute drive to Daytona Beach, 10 minutes to the Daytona speedway and 10 minutes to the Daytona Airport. It is about 1.5 hours to Disney and about an hour to Port Canaveral.
