Planning a family reunion, corporate retreat or a large get-together with friends for a fishing trip, golf outing, or maybe just to spend time together on the lake? Let us introduce you to our home, the Flip Flop Inn. It's a beautiful place on the lake to make life-long memories. The Flip Flop Inn is a 3,500 sq. ft. house with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two 400 sq. ft. covered decks (one completely screened in). Air conditioning and ceiling fans are available to keep you cool during the warm days and nights. Conveniently located in the town of Lake Ozark at MM 4 on the Downing Branch Cove, just minutes by car or boat to all the lake area has to offer: waterfront restaurants and bars, entertainment, golf courses, shopping, and much more.
During your stay, lounge on the margarita deck next to the water and/or enjoy the dock which includes a swim platform with a ladder and jump stand, a paddle boat, a stand-up paddle board, and a lily pad float in the no-wake cove.
Dock your boat in our 10'x26' covered slip or dock your PWC on the docking platform at no additional fee.
The main level of the house has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats twelve, with additional seating for six at the counters, a large living room with a 65" TV and leather couches, one which is a pullout queen size bed. The screened in deck with a beautiful outdoor seating area and table that accommodates six is located off the dining area. Also on this level is the master suite with a king bed and full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A laundry room and full bathroom can be found off the kitchen. The upstairs has two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed, and the second has two full over full bunk beds. The rooms share a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. The lower level walkout has a large family room with a couch, 65" TV, foosball table, a table for playing cards or board games, a second laundry room, a full bathroom, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge and ice maker. This level has the second master suite with a queen bed and attached full bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed. From the lower level you can access the lower level deck, and with just a few steps from there to the Margarita deck, swim platform, and dock. The lower level deck provides table seating, lounge chairs, and cornhole boards for some fun and a little competition! The house can sleep 14-18 in bedrooms and 2 more can be accommodated on the pullout couch. There is plenty of parking for 5-6 cars! In order to protect the home, we are hoping you love as much as we do, we host responsible families and groups. We do not host college parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or allow the house to host parties with additional guests other than those staying in our home. Everyone comes to the lake to have a good time and we sincerely hope that you do, but excessive noise, which disturbs our neighbors, will not be tolerated. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in the house or on the attached decks. Absolutely no fireworks. Please note that you must be 27 years old to rent this home.
