Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place! A nice, clean OBX "beach box " at mile marker 6 in the Avalon Pier and beach area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Relax and enjoy this 4 bedroom/2 bathroom comfy cottage! Newly renovated in 2025 !

Why they chose this property

Kill Devil Hills is one of the best spots in the OBX. I really like the neighborhood as it's convenient to the best restaurants and shopping. Also I enjoy the bike/walking path in our neighborhood.
