This property had everything (well - except for a full length mirror...and a dog :) The beds were super comfy, the showers were great, hanging out on the front porch...so comfortable. The host provided everything you would need in case you happened to forget any toiletries. There is a Keurig coffee maker along with pods, which we made use of so restocked - and communication was lightning fast. I HIGHLY recommend and would 100% stay again.

This is a great house in a quiet and central area. It's a short ride to downtown or the the Kenwood area. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Everything is updated and clean. The wrap around porch was a enjoyable bonus. Communication with the host was always timely and easy. We would love the stay here again.

We stayed in the Craftsman's Bungalow for three nights with our adult children while attending the St. Pete Country music festival at Venoy Park. The house was perfect for our family! The home is updated and charming. We especially loved the large, covered porch.

This is a lovely, homey, well maintained house which serves as an ideal base for visiting St Petersburg. We loved the quiet neighborhood, shaded comfy front porch, and our fantastic host Lori who responded to questions in extremely quick fashion. The house is only 7 minutes from downtown St Pete and 25 minutes to Tampa. Bravo to the owner on such a thoughtful remodeling of this gorgeous Craftsman-period home. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all pots, pans and dishes to make our meals. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

We have rented many VRBO’s in the past. I have never felt more at home than I did at this lovely house. We loved walking around the peaceful neighborhood to look at the historic architecture. The home is charming and cozy and we spent many memorable moments on the front porch. Lori was amazing to work with; so kind, and kept us informed of anything we needed to know. This is our second stay in this gem of a house and it is so comfortable it was like being home. We would have needed three hotel rooms if we hadn't gone the VRBO route so this house is a steal money wise. Once again Lori was an excellent property manager.
