Kick back and relax! Welcome to Coral Way in Jax Beach. This comfortable home is one mile from the beach and walking distance to many local eateries. The home is fully renovated, fully stocked and designed to be enjoyable and easy-going! Beach chairs, beach towels, blankets and umbrella's provided. Yard games to enjoy while hanging at the house as well as outdoor lighting and two patio's to take in those beautiful sunsets. Make this house your home for a quick beach getaway or long term stay!
**5 miles to Mayo Clinic.**

Comfortable and cozy inside with plenty of outdoor living space. Perfectly laid out for families, wonderfully set up for groups, and a romantic space for couples. Two outdoor patio spaces- one which is covered and screened in and the other under the Florida sunshine while you enjoy the yard games provided in the spacious backyard which features outdoor solar powered string lights. All of the beach gear to get you set up for a relaxing day. High speed internet to keep you connected and all TV's provide Netflix, Roku, YouTube TV and more! Full size washer and dryer, all of your kitchen essentials including coffee maker, blender, air fryer, pots and pans. Baby travel crib and sheet located in guest room closet.

STRINGS SPORTS BREWERY NOW OPEN! Walk to local brewery and restaurant- family friendly!

Across the street is our local bakery 'Cinotti's'. Grab donuts, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches or pick up a cake for that special occasion you may be celebrating.

In need of a date night? Walk to 'Dwight's Bistro' for an incredible culinary experience. Locally owned with 5 star reviews. Dwight's is a hidden gem tucked away in Jax Beach that you can walk to from Coral Way. Make a reservation- this restaurant fills up quickly!

Subs and sandwiches for the beach? Stop in at 'Surfwiches' and take your beach grub to go.

Popular breakfast spot to get your day started? Walk on over to Penman Diner for hot coffee and classic breakfast favorites.


Our coastal and cozy beach house sleeps up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths:

*Bedroom 1- King size bed, en suite bathroom. (full bath with shower)
*Bedroom 2- Queen size bed
*Bedroom 3- Bunkbed with queen size bottom bunk, twin top.
*Guest bathroom- full bath with bathtub and shower
**bean bag which folds out to full size mattress available upon request**

Pets permitted upon approval, feel free to reach out to me! Our backyard is fully fenced in for the safety and comfort of your pet. If your pet joins you on your next vacation, Jax Beach is a pet friendly beach from October 1st through March 31st and all other times of the year pets are allowed before 9am and after 5pm. Also be sure to check out Brew Hound, our local dog park+bar featuring local craft beer, wine on tap and Bold Bean specialty coffee.

Publix 1.7 miles on Beach Blvd.

**If you would like to rent bikes, surfboards, or other beach equipment, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
**We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

We had such a wonderful time. We were visiting for a women’s conference. The house was very clean and decorated so cute! The location was great! A mile walk to the beach which we enjoyed each morning. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the extra touches the host provided. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

Clean Quiet safe location with fenced yard

comfortable beds w extra pillows, AC, ceiling fans w/remotes, lots of room for family and dog, very nice people to rent from. Dog bowls there. Master bedroom has tv, but not spare rooms. Master shower is nice but sink area is very small so bring hanging bag for cosmetics, only one side of master bed has electrical outlet by night stand.
