Casa Vista Verde. A vacation experience! Come and enjoy your stay in the best property in Coco beach. This beautiful house has 4 spacious bedrooms plus 2 convertible beds at the second level overlooking the ocean, 5 full bathrooms, a private pool, gardens and the beach is located just steps away. The house is fully furnished and equipped, it has 2 master bedroom, 1 master bedroom downstairs with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, the second master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms downstairs by the pool have 2 double beds each one. Casa Vista Verde is located at the far end of the beach, in a private property surrounded by big trees, where the howler monkeys will surely visit every afternoon.
Playas del Coco is located in the province of Guanacaste, on the northwest Pacific coastal region of Costa Rica. It’s the closest touristic town to the International Liberia Airport, only a 20 minute drive.

Casa Vista Verde is managed by All Costa Rica Rentals, we offer the services of a full time cook at your convenience with different types of menu to satisfy all the tastes and budgets, we also provide transportation and tours services with our own 18 passengers vans. Fun place to stay

We had a great time staying at this house. The pool was clean and warm. It was great to have the beach so close. The rooms were all clean and kitchen was well stocked.

Excellent stay. Perfect location

Right on the beach. Clean house with all you need. Everything worked as it should. Oliver took care of our every need. Edwin and his family took personal care of us even cooking a traditional meal. an awesome home in an awesome location. rent a golf cart or car to run errands.. so much easier. The howler monkeys and iguanas add to the experience.

Costa Rica Beach Property

We had a great 8 night stay. Handy man very responsive. Our frige went out and he brought us a cooler and ice and was fixed in short order. We got a flat tire on our rental van and he removed the tire took it to a local shop and had it fixed and returned and reinstalled it in less than an hour. in it was only 10 Of course he gave him way more for it. Having the pool and the beach was great - I would highly recomend this property!!!!

Nice beach front home

Stayed here as friends, 4 couples. Really enjoyed our stay. House is nice. In gated area at end of street. Easy access to the beach. Our only complaint is all the beds are REALLY hard!

50th Birthday Getaway

The location was perfect. Close enough to town we used golf carts to get around but far enough from town to enjoy local wildlife.The concierge service was fantastic. We booked our transportation to and from the airport along with the excursions using this service. Also had Pura Vida Cooking cook dinner for 7 one of the nights. The Mother Daughter team were amazing. The food was made from scratch, it showcased local cuisine and was really delicious. I would highly recommend this VRBO as well as Pura Vida Cooking. If you decide to stay here you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend to work with the concierge service to book your excursions. 5 Stars from all 7 guests

Perfect beach house

The house is perfectly laid out for a number of people. The outdoor space is accommodating and well designed. The fishes were chosen with the location in mind (concrete floors, tile showers) and the beach h location is perfect.

Gorgeous location

We loved every minute of our stay in this house. Perfect setting and fabulous outdoor space with pool. Plenty of room for our family. We walked into town or to the coffee shop most days. We did several excursions with El Coco tours which were great. Everyone we interacted with was great. Laura helped arrange the tours. Joselyn made dinner for us at the house twice--delicious. We would love to stay here again and bring some friends.

wonderful winter getaway

This house is perfect for a relaxing, quiet vacation. Just minutes from Coco, beach a few steps away, and a private pool too. It is an easy ride from the airport in Liberia, and many sites and tours are close by. Our concierge, Laura, was so helpful. She arranged our rental car, a river tour, and was available to help us in any way. Edwin was wonderful to work with, if there is an issue, he promptly takes care of it. Thanks for a wonderful time

Great stay in Coco!

We recently stayed at a beautiful beachfront property for our family vacation and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from the spacious bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen. But what truly set this vacation apart was the amazing concierge service provided by Ollie. From recommending the best local restaurants, scheduling a spa day for the ladies, to arranging fun activities for the kids, he took care of every detail so we could relax and enjoy our time together as a family. The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. We spent our days building sandcastles, swimming, and watching the sunsets. Overall, our family beach vacation was a dream come true thanks to the fantastic concierge service and beautiful accommodations. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great House with direct beach access

We really enjoyed our family vacation on Coco beach. The house had plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. The black sand beach was absolutely beautiful and somewhat private. The bedrooms all stay very cool with individual AC units. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. There is not AC in the main living and kitchen area but was tolerable. The howler monkeys visited the trees on property almost every morning and evening! So fun to go out and watch them. Raquel was great to work with answering all of our questions and helping us with transportation and golf cart. We had 2 excellent meals prepared for us by the family that takes care of the property. It was by far our BEST Costa Rican meals we had the entire trip. I highly recommend doing this!

Awesome House

Great place to stay. Your own little piece of paradise. 4 good size rooms. Nice living/ cooking area. Very safe place. Do yourself a favour and get the in house cooked meals. Delicio! Would have liked the option of screen on all sliding doors to have air flow but A/C in rooms is very good. 2 safes to use, We had issues programming but there was a key option. Coco is a tourist town with lots of shopping and restaurant options. It’s a 25 minute walk down the beach to town. Get at least a golf cart if you plan on shopping. Check out some of the “off the beaten path “ places to eat. The Sodas are great. For a group this is a great option. Thanks for having us! Pura Vida 🍻

Family with young kids

Two families met at this house with 2 toddlers and a baby. House is just as pictured. Very clean. Has all the appliances/amenities one would need. However it does NOT come with AC throughout (only in the bedrooms) which is fine but just different from what the website says. Also does have a washing machine but NOT a dryer (although there are clothes lines outside). Pool is lovely, kept clean daily by groundskeeper who lives right next door. This guy is also available for any other concerns or questions, although we had none. Property manager, Randy, was friendly and met us at the house upon arrival. Seems like a good guy. We were concerned about having to pay with cash only (does not take credit cards except for deposit) but it was all legit. Property is located directly on the beach and along a strip of homes. Next door neighbors are visible from yard but with landscape still have a fair amount of privacy. It was perfect for us: we like our privacy but also good to not be too secluded when in a foreign country. We felt very safe in this area. Locks on house are appropriate. Beach is clean and no rocks, but unfortunately is a little steep and also small during high tide, so not a great beach for kids to play on. Beach not too crowded. Good for sitting to watch the sunset, taking walks and playing in the water. Water was clean (no seaweed) and fairly warm, but was not the crystal blue waters like we've seen on other beaches (not sure if that's due to location or timing). Grassy part of yard in January was completely burnt yellow and dry, unlike the nice green lush grass seen in the pics, so again not great for kids to play on. No crib available but we made do making bumpers around a bed for the baby. Huge roosters were in our yard each morning and a family of monkeys came to visit us one afternoon-- fun for the kids!

Wonderful Beach Home

This home is exactly as described on the listing and was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 children(5 & 7) and an infant (15 months). To have a private pool that is only steps away from the ocean and beach is amazing. Coco Beach has become a very busy place and the home's location away from town provided a nice refuge from the hustle and bustle. Its true that there are small ants prevalent around the home but remembering to shake out towels, etc. can help keep them off as much as possible. Our concierge, Raquel, was very responsive to our requests and arranged a golf cart rental for us when golf carts were in high demand. Although quite expensive, renting a golf cart to travel into Coco Beach is very convenient. A playpen was also setup and available for our infant grand-daughter when we arrived. The dark volcanic sand on the beach takes some getting used to but after spending some time on the beach we enjoyed it very much. There is a poolside shower for body wash with a lower faucet for foot and leg cleaning upon returning from the beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. We soon learned to avoid the water during high tide and when the waves are high because the undertow is treacherous. Taking children to the beach earlier in the day when the tide is calm is a much safer option for parents! Howler monkeys visited the trees right beside the house as well as trees further down the beach. Several large iguana chased each other in the back yard while colourful birds sometimes landed on the patio. During an ocean fishing trip we saw a whale, a sea turtle, rays and dolphins. We caught a large mahi mahi which was prepared for us in a meal prepared by our host, Edwin's, daughter and his wife. We elected to have 2 more meals prepared for us during our stay and they were delicious. Edwin was very responsive to all of our requests. In terms of checking-in, despite having directions on hand, we did have a little bit of difficulty explaining the location to both of our drivers. The lack of home address numbers makes it more difficult to find locations generally. One minor suggestion might be to erect a visible sign near the gait identifying the entrance. Directions might then read "Drive north on La Chorrera until you see a wooden gait with a sign indicating Casa vista verde". Other than that our stay was great and we would love to go back.

Coco beach

Five adults 60+ years old. Two of us scuba dove for three days with rocket frog divers (highly recommended). The house and grounds are beautiful and safe. The beach is just right. Can walk to town by the beach revie or rent golf carts like we did.

Wonderful expierience!

The house was wonderful, we unfortunately did not see monkeys but did see some iguanas. The house was exactly as pictured and described. The bedrooms stayed nice and cold and the no AC in the main house wasn’t an issue. Although we were there in the rainy season, it only rained for a couple hours a day and did not hinder our trip. Edwin was great, pool was cleaned several times. Highly recommend this house and owner!

A wonderful home with a AMAZING staff

We had a wonderful time! Raquel was a phenomenal host who ensured we were taken care of. From tours , to house maintenance, and home cooked traditional meals; ZERO complaints. Highly recommend any guest to rent a golf cart , as the property is a decent trek from the main town but nothing you couldn’t ideally walk, there is just a lot of local dogs wandering. We utilized it everyday and needed to fill it once which we did the second to last day (we stayed a week). Saw plenty of monkeys on property as well as other wildlife. Thank you all again for hosting us to such a wonderful time

Wonderful family getaway on the beach

We loved all of the outdoor space for relaxing and playing games. Mangoes in the trees for snacking on and howler monkeys came to visit. We also saw numerous iguanas, lizards, birds and an occasional chicken or dog. The beach was perfect for walking and water was calm for swimming. The house was nice with air conditioning in the bedrooms for sleeping. It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the main part of the house or screens on the windows but the fans made it ok and we spent most of our time outside. The pool was great and was cleaned frequently during our stay. It was nice to have the ability to do laundry and have shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Concierge Raquel made sure we were were well taken care of. I didn't want to leave.

Property has no ac in the main area which make you not want to spend time in there at all. We were stuck spending our time in the bedroom when we weren’t out doing things. Plays coco was a horrible town to travel to. Just a bunch of drunk old Canadians worst trip to CR out of the 20 times we’ve been

Relaxation & ease at its finest

Property & outdoor space were wonderful. Absolutely loved waking every morning to the sound of the waves. There is definitely an ant problem & we had brush fire on the hilltop above us so the smell of smoke was intense but the property was very comfortable, concierge was attentive & helpful and the caretakers/cook were the BEST!

Very relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The sunsets were beautiful and the howler monkeys were heard every day. Raquel was very prompt with helping us anyway she could and Erwin was there daily for ground's work and very friendly. Even taught our one year old hello in Spanish. We are already talking about returning to the house in the future.

25 yards from beach

House is very clean. I loved the location to the beach. It’s a nice walk into the little town via the beach. One thing Americans need to be aware of is that, as is typical of most beach houses, ONLY the bedrooms are air conditioned. The loft area isn’t really very suitable for sleeping if the weather is hot.
