Water Street Condo Downtown Saugatuck!
Downtown Saugatuck condo featuring 2 beds, 1 bath, sleeps 4. This Water Street gem is steps from shops, wonderful restaurants and the waterfront! Take a stroll downtown Saugatuck: art galleries, shopping, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Short drive to Oval Beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north, Fennville and wineries 10 min south. This condo has everything you need for a getaway.
Upper unit of historic house in the heart of Downtown Saugatuck. One private bedroom with queen-sized bed. Additional sleeping space for two more with pull-out couch in living room

Front door/ door by dining room to the common area should not be used by guests. Emergency exit only
1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) Do not move the furniture.
4.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
5.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay.
6.) Quiet time is 11pm-9am. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night.
7.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
8.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
