The space

First floor: The kitchen is equipped with small kitchen appliances for light meal preparation. A comfortable queen bed is located near the bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and small sink. There is a lounge area nearby for eating and watching videos/TV.

The second floor: A loft area for study and light exercise. Cedar-clad walls and bamboo floors with a large farm table for remote work and a futon for relaxation.

Within a short walking distance of Tilden Regional Park with fantastic trails for walking and cycling in natural surroundings. Twenty-minute walking distance to the University of California at Berkeley. Local stores and restaurants are a 15-minute and the gourmet ghetto/downtown Berkeley is a 30-minute walk- both via the scenic Berkeley Hills residential area.

Unrestricted street parking and a bus stop directly across the street connecting with the BART to San Francisco.-
