Our Vrbo home is in an ideal location in beautiful Mill Valley which provides guests with the “best of both worlds”! You will have convenient walkable access to downtown Mill Valley as well as staying nearby a gorgeous natural environment filled with redwood groves, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails.

This home is a 20-25 min drive from the San Francisco via the Golden Gate Bridge. The adjacent neighborhoods of San Francisco including the Marina District, Pacific Heights, NOPA, and Richmond District are easily accessible. Visitors to our community also enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach for nature hikes and ocean viewing.

From the home, it is a leisurely 5-minute stroll to downtown Mill Valley where guests can dine at many delicious restaurants, grab groceries from the independently owned Mill Valley Market, or enjoy live music at the Sweetwater Music Hall. The home is also a 3-minute walk from Old Mill Park Redwood Grove, the famed Dipsea Hiking Trail, and a beautiful walk-through Redwood Groves to Cascade Falls.

The home is newly renovated and decorated with Modern stylish elements. Updated amenities include: Sony 75” 4 HDTV + Roku, Comcast Xfinity High Speed Internet with an added G00gle Mesh Network, coffee maker, and sliding door opening to an outdoor furnished patio with sun exposure and views of the redwoods.

The home is easily accessible by car or foot with no steep hills or windy single lane roads. There are stairs to access the unit. We are responsive and committed to making your Mill Valley getaway as relaxing and rewarding as possible.

The apartment/guest suite is the upstairs unit of the main house and covers the entire upper floor with private entrance and outdoor patio. It’s set up with a Smart lock and a code for easy check in.

Awesome Place in Mill Valley

We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! The apartment had everything we needed, was super cozy, and really clean. We especially loved the terrace — perfect for having breakfast. Another great thing is that you can walk to all the restaurants — everything’s super close.We really hope to come back someday!

Great stay for our 35th wedding anniversary

Central location, very clean, and nice amenities. Walking distance to nice restaurants. We brought our bikes and enjoyed local routes. Jessie, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to visiting again.

This is a gem of a home in an ideal location an easy walk to the cute downtown area with many restaurants and shops. Our host thought of many touches to make it very comfortable during our long stay. Gem in Mill Valley

My wife and young daughter enjoyed our stay here. Really clean and comfy place with great beds and excellent shower and tub. It’s quiet and well equipped for staying in and relaxing. Great deck that gets sun, nice kitchen, parking…and a central location to downtown and hiking. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We’ll be back.

Great Place - walking distance to downtown

This was a great stay with a beautiful deck looking over trees. Easy walk to the town square. Air conditioning in every room. Highly recommended. Also Jessie was a great host and fantastic. She even took the time to mail us an item that we left behind. Thank you!

Overall, an excellent property. NOT cheap, but this is Mill Valley after all, and the apartment is very well located, in excellent condition, clean and with everything you need for a self-contained stay. Some instructions in the property would have been nice (for example, how to work the lounge fire as the mornings were freezing with no other means of heating), but this is a small quibble.

Lovely Mill Valley Home

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Just one issue that made it difficult to sleep, the laundry detergent used for the bed linens was highly perfumed. We both had allergic reactions. May I suggest using an unscented laundry detegent.

We lived in San Francisco before moving to Mill Valley. We look all over the Bay Area before deciding where to purchase our home and decided upon Mill Valley due to the beautiful nature, friendly people, low crime, great schools, and close proximity to San Francisco. We decided upon our home due to ideal location walkable to downtown Mill Valley shops and close proximity to redwood groves, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails.
