Nestled behind St Joseph's Cathedral, you are within walking distance from the excitement of an ever expanding and vibrant downtown, and minutes from the Denny Sanford Premier Center, along with the Avera and Sanford medical complexes.

This is a completely remodeled home with all new kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies and bedroom mattresses and linens.

The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement of this home. This is a story and a half home. The upper floor is its own separate unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces with this unit.

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and inviting. It had everything that was needed for our stay. The backyard patio was fenced in and private. We didn’t worry about safety or security as it was well lit. The location was great in proximity to downtown. The host was quick to respond to my booking. Noisy upstairs tenants

Place was absolutely gorgeous beds were amazingly comfortable the house was perfect the only downfall was there was noise from the people above could even hear them talking those days we didn't get much rest that's why I'm giving it a one-star the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable and very well stocked apeoplfew nights we couldn't get any rest
