Horrible!!!

Made reservation several days in advance and received confirmation. Arrived at 10:30 pm after a long day of traveling. Couldn't find access information in an email or on VRBO app. Tried to contact host upon arrival through the app with no response. Called the VRBO number through the app and waited at least 10 minutes for call to be answered by a human. Then she was having a hard time getting into the system to find my reservation, then was put on hold while she attempted to contact the host. On hold for over 30 minutes without her even checking back with me to say she's still working on the issue. Finally received a "reservation cancelled" notification from the host at close to midnight saying it was booked with someone else through another service...Hung up on the call while I tried to find a hotel at midnight. She calls back 15 minutes later to tell me she's sorry. Completely irresponsible behavior on the host's part and handled horribly by VRBO! The woman on the line from VRBO was at least pleasant, but did not handle it well.
