Welcome to our 3,000ft Palm Coast Home! This home offers a perfect beach getaway! This house offers a solar heated pool with an open floor plan and huge sliding glass doors in the main rooms opening directly to the pool and outdoor dining area (with a baby safety gate of course!). With St. Augustine 30 minutes away, Orlando 1.5 hours away, and the beach about 10 minutes away, you will never run out of fun and exciting things to do!

As you walk through your double glass front door entry way there are cathedral ceilings throughout and an expansive view of the large, enclosed pool yard with plenty of seating and cable TV. Next you will find your formal dining and formal living room, ready to entertain your family and friends during the upcoming holidays. Large kitchen and breakfast nook come with 42 inch tall cabinets, recently upgraded stone countertops, and tile backsplash. The family room has lots of windows and a mirrored wall giving this home a bright and airy feel. The owner’s suite offers you a private bathroom with corner tub and separate shower, large walk in closet, king size bed and double door private entrance to your beautiful pool lanai. Additional bedrooms feature queen size beds, share a 2nd bathroom, with access to the pool area. The last 2 bedrooms each have a set of cozy bunk beds perfect for your little ones. The flooring has recently been upgraded to tile and vinyl plank in the living areas. Your pool area is fully screened-in and surrounded by a 6ft wood fence to provide you with the most privacy.

The family room is open to the kitchen with cathedral ceilings and a large sectional facing the TV to relax. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast nook that seats 4. There is more seating in the dining room which has seating for six. The last room in our home is a game room which includes a pool table and a 50-inch TV. This room leads out to the screen enclosed pool area. The pool area has an eight-person sectional where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the pool and backyard or watch TV. Outside in the screen enclosure there is an outdoor patio table and a grill perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family. The outdoor space also features a putting green for all ages to enjoy!
