Step into a stunning home designed for comfort and connection. The main living area boasts a vaulted wood ceiling, exposed beams, and a cozy fireplace. A second living room in the finished basement serves as an entertainment hub with a ping pong table and foosball table.

This Ann Arbor home was the perfect place to base ourselves during our stay. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, large enough to accommodate our family, centrally located but on property large enough to feel private, and replete with little touches that make it special, but our host and property manager were both incredibly kind, responsive and flexed when we had an emergency. There's a reason this is a "rare find." Word is out that it's the best place to stay in Ann Arbor and, if we ever return, we'll be looking to come back here again without a doubt.

We had a family member at U of M Hospital and it was the PERFECT home away from home that was needed! Beautiful inside and had everything to help complete the long days. This house is really spectacular. We had 2 families with younger kids and the highlight for our group was all the common space - great yard to run around in with a deck and lots of furniture, 2 living room areas, large kitchen island which provided extra dining space. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful home

We came to Ann Arbor for a graduation party and this was the perfect place to stay. I wish we had more than one night here however. Beautiful kitchen, hot tub (we didn't get to use), super fancy master bathroom and lots of living space. The owner was super nice. I picture large family get together here for game weekends or get togethers. It's really spectacular.

Gorgeous, cozy, and stocked!

We were in town for a hockey tournament and had friends visit from Canada. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked! We had everything we needed, and the spa was icing on the cake. I LOVED the great room, a peaceful fireplace room that was cozy and warm. The perfect conversation room. I only wish it had one more bathroom. Other than that it was perfect.

Beautiful home base in Ann Arbor

We stayed at this property for my brother's wedding and used it as a home base before and after the actual event. The bride and groom stayed with us initially and we had plenty of space to finish up wedding crafts, practice hair and makeup, and enjoy spending time together! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and there are plenty of spaces to gather and have a meal as a family. The primary bathroom is to die for! Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and there were plenty of towels, etc. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

Beautiful place! Well stocked

This house was beautiful! The living space is so comfortable- several places to curl up and relax. I was probably most impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was-even though we didn’t cook there. Very clean and great directions on how to navigate in the house (ex. How hot tub works, tricky locks, ect) The owner definitely knows what travelers want. Beautiful patio and hot tub was a bonus. Comfortable beds, nice towels and even throw blankets to cuddle up in. I would definitely stay here again- it worked perfect for our trip. The driveway is a little tricky to see upon first arriving as it’s tucked in right before a stop light, but once you know it’s there it’s easy to find. (I’m sure many over shoot it the 1st time! Lol) thank you Jonathan for sharing your home!!

Jonathan’s house was just perfect for our needs and the hosts were helpful whenever there was a question or need. We were 4 sisters staying at Jonathan’s house. This spacious house was very clean and comfortable with a lovely garden and patio seating area. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen, especially the filtered water feature. While it is located a little way from the hospital and central Ann Arbor, we found the trip into town quick and easy. When a couple of little problems arose, Dorothy was quick and efficient in organizing very workable solutions. She was a pleasure to work with. Just to note that the children’s room on the second floor has sloping ceilings which could be an issue for a tall adult, and access to the bathroom on the second floor is through the principal bedroom. These were not problems for us.
