Havasu Hot Spot w/ Heated Pool, Game Room, Plenty of Parking & King Beds.

Welcome to our centrally located pool home where you'll enjoy your own private heated swimming pool and play cornhole while you barbeque in the backyard. If the weather drives you inside you'll have so much fun enjoying the pool table, foosball, and large Tic Tac Toe board. If boardgames and cards are your thing we have those too. And thanks to the walkway behind the house you're only a short 5 minute walk to the center of town or a 15 minute walk to the London Bridge. Even faster on bikes.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We ask that all Ac units are turned off
Any and all pool toys are deflated and stored back in the bin.
Garage door remote, outside TV remote and gate key are returned to the center island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great getaway with something for everyone. Relax outside, swim in the pool, bbq, games like billiards, Pac Man or board games or binge watch in any room! Town was cute and Lake was lovely.

The home was exactly as described: clean rooms, comfortable master bed, clean towels for bath and pool, clean and warm pool (we paid extra to heat it), lots of fun games, and close to everything! We walked uptown to shop and for supper. Our only complaint is they only provide the bare minimum-a few rolls of toilet paper, three garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods, etc. which we went through pretty quickly in our 5 night stay. I would recommend a drawer with things like Saran Wrap, foil, ziplock and maybe a few seasonings-salt and pepper was left behind for the next renter;) Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Very convenient location for exploring Havasu! Also plenty of things to do on the property to keep the entire family busy when not exploring. From the game room to the private outdoor space and pool, we wish we had a few more days to spend here! Tim was a great host and would definitely stay again.

Great Family Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely, fun, and comfortable home. Located near the lake and stores this place is an odeal vacation home. We had a very fun and relaxing vacation at Lake Havasu and look forward to doing it again! The host was quick to respond when we had questions, and was very helpful during our stay. Havasu Blast 💥

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The pool and pool table n the Pac Man game was cool and gave us many options to do while we stayed there. It is centrally located and very close to Hwy 95. Great communication with the property management too.
