Great little getaway cabin

My family of five loved our stay. We were only there for two nights but we enjoyed every moment. The host was amazing to work with and even came to check something out for us at short notice and followed up to make sure all was ok. Thank you for for a great vacation.

Great A-frame with a beautiful view of a marsh inlet of Lake Huron. Cabin had everything we needed to use as a home base while visiting family. We especially enjoyed the large deck area to enjoy coffee in the morning.

Quiet, clean and everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was clean and ready for our check in. The area was quiet and secluded, nothing really to do around locally which is what we wanted. Will stay again!

The cabin was cute and comfortable and all we expected and more. We loved having the marsh right outside. Having a full wall of windows facing the lake made bird watching and sunrises amazing! Without even leaving the cabin, we saw sandhill crane, swans, ducks and geese, great egrets, red headed woodpeckers, kingfishers and several types of sparrows. Once outside we added a bald eagle to our list. Wonderful place to call home for a few days. We didn'e end up taking the kayaks out, but they and the gear looked great. Maybe next time (if it ever warms up!) We really, really emjoyed our stay and will likely go back.

About the host

Hosted by Lake Life Cabin Rentals & Property Management LLC

Host profile image
This A-frame cabin was born out of a deep love for the great outdoors and a desire to share the beauty of lake living with others. Your hosts embarked on a journey to create a collection of independently owned cabins by people who use their home from 6 weeks to 6 months out of the year and want to share with you the remaining time their home is open.

Imagine hopping on a paddle boat on a summer's night with a spotlight shining down in the water and watching fish and turtles play charismatically in their natural habitat. How about relaxing on the deck at sunrise while enjoying your fresh cup of coffee and the aroma of the fresh morning air? Winter adventures await as you, take a moonlit walk on a frozen lake, watch the unspoiled fish right under your feet as you shine a flashlight through the ice. Time escapes you as you engross the view of this natural wonder.

Lake Life Cabin Rentals continues to grow, expanding its collection of cabins and welcoming new guests to experience natures scenic wonders. The story is an ongoing journey, with each guest becoming part of the Lake Life family and we are eager to share with you!
