My husband and I first discovered Sandpoint during our time at Washington State University, when we would journey up to Schweitzer Mountain for the amazing skiing. Ever since, we've been searching for our own little sanctuary in the area to call our own! When we found the Mountain Bluebird Lakehouse in Dover we knew it was the perfect spot for us. We now enjoy the house and community with our young daughter, who loves exploring the parks and the lake. We would love for you to see why we love it here too!

As outdoor enthusiasts, Dover Bay is the perfect spot for us. We love to mountain bike, ski, swim, and discover the hidden gem spots throughout the miles of walking trails in the community. It is very family friendly, and we love watching our young daughter play and explore as well.
