We thoroughly enjoyed our week with family at this wonderful home. It’s a large home with lots of space inside and out. We spent a lot of time in the pool, at the outside table in the evening and used the fire pit. It was great to be able to walk to the beach, downtown, and the riverwalk. The house was clean and the owner very responsive and friendly.

Perfect place to stay with kids! Great pool area, kitchen is big enough everyone can help clean up! Super clean, stocked with all the cooking things you'd need. Grill is great, the fire pit. You can't tell anyone else has ever stayed there. Large bedrooms, privacy even if you're there with a large group. My only regret is we didn't stay long enough!! Quick drive into town, we opted not to walk as we had 3 toddlers. Host is quick to respond and very easy to work with!

Pictures are accurate. Pool is great. Plenty of chairs to sit and watch kids in the pool. Could use another umbrella. Plenty of space inside and out for kids to run and play. Owner Bob is a good guy.

Overall the house & location was great. It was the best stocked house we’ve had. The only complaint is the bathroom shower beside the kitchen needs a new shower head. Half of it didn’t work. Had to shower in other bathrooms. Had a leak in the pool liner but the host got on it right away. He was very easy to work with. Would definitely come back in the future.

Our group of four families—now just us parents—has been vacationing together along Michigan’s Sunset Coast for more than 30 years. We’ve rented several properties between Grand Beach and South Haven, and we all agreed this home was a perfect fit.We particularly appreciated the privacy of the three en-suite bedrooms, along with two additional bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms—a unique setup that’s surprisingly hard to find. The beds were very comfortable as well.We spent much of our time around the new heated pool and enjoyed the large fire pit in the evenings. The spacious lot gave the property a very private and secluded feel. Bob was a very accommodating and responsive host. We encountered one small mechanical issue, and he was there the very next day to take care of it.Overall, the house was exactly as described: very clean, well maintained, and well equipped. Before arriving, we were a little apprehensive about its proximity to downtown and the lake, but found the location to be very walkable and easily accessible by car and bike.Highly recommended for groups and families.

We had a wonderful time at this house, so much space, great pool. Easy to travel to the Farmer's Market downtown, and the beach! Provided plenty of every day needs, even TP, which seems unimportant, but really is. Would highly recommend!!

We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and very clean home. There are huge bedrooms, bathrooms and entertaining space for everyone. The pool, fire pit and patio were also fantastic! Perfect for Family Vacation!

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. Very clean and the host was extremely accommodating. The heated pool was a wonderful amenity to have, especially with kids. It was in a great location that made beach and downtown access easy. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Very spacious clean home. Everyone had their own bathroom which was so nice. Kids loved the pool! 5 min drive to town/beach. Host was great to work with too.

Great house and location

I went up with a group of friends for a golf trip, and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was fantastic, great outdoor space with the fire pit, and plenty of bed space. The walk to town was easy, and Bob made the check-in and check-out easy. I’m looking forward to returning!

Family Get Together

Property was clean and plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. The heated pool was a big hit and were able to use although the outside temperature was 65 degrees. Close to town and Lake Michigan. Great stay, would highly recommend!

What a great house!

We were super happy with the property! Everyone had their own bedroom area which allowed respite for our big group! The pool was perfect for our kiddos, and the kitchen was well appointed for making family meals. The location is basically perfect - a less than 5 minute drive to everything you'd want to see.
