Oceanfront 3BR Townhouse Near K&P, Restaurants & Village, Wifi

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at St. Simons Island. Our luxury townhome is right on the beach with a lush, grassy lawn - perfect for backyard BBQs, a game of croquet, children playing or just relaxing while listening to the waves or watching ships pass by or dolphins swimming right off the shore. Enjoy the whole day on the beach - even at high tide! We are so thankful that our sandy beach has grown and covered the Johnson rocks.

Ocean Breeze Townhomes are directly on the ocean, one block from the King & Prince. A total renovation of the 3-bedroom townhome was completed in March 2011.

Two spacious, king-sized master suites with private tiled baths are upstairs. Both suites have new 32' flat screens, hardwood floors and ceiling fans. One suite overlooks the beach.

Downstairs is a totally renovated, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, custom cabinets and quartz countertops. The comfortable den furnishings (sofa and 3 chairs) are all new and custom-upholstered. Enjoy watching the new 50' HDTV. On the first floor is a small bedroom with twin beds. The entire downstairs has new Italian tile flooring.

A full-size washer and dryer are also downstairs.

There is easy access with parking at the front door. No elevator - just walk right in.

Being only two blocks from Crab Daddy's, The Crab Trap and the Ocean Lounge, it is an easy evening walk for dinner or nightcaps. You do not even have to get in your car!

The Village is less than a mile away (easy walk or bike ride) and a great place for shopping, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Neptune Park, with a community pool and playground, is located between the townhome and the Village.

Another Great Stay!

This is our third year spending a couple of weeks in this property. The location is perfect. We can sit on the small patio, and it is just like being on the beach. A most relaxing and accommodating place to get away from the winter a bit. The house is well maintained and equipped. Communication with the property owners has been very responsive. Hope to be back again.

The property is all that it portrays itself as and more. On the patio or second floor deck you feel like you are on the beach and if you like, in a few steps you are. The house is very welcoming and well appointed. We had a very relaxing visit

Wonderful Getaway!!!

Perfect location, wonderful setting and beautiful interior. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. The condo was so comfortable and we especially loved being able to sit in the living room looking out at the ocean. We also loved being so close to everything. WE we could walk to dinner, ride bikes everywhere and the lawn is a perfect place for a family or group of friends to gather. We can't wait to go back again.

Just as Nice the Second Time

This was our second stay and the place felt just as comfortable as it was last time. Relaxing setting with beach and ocean view. While we spent some time sitting on the beach, sitting on the patio was just as nice without the sand. The condo is well appointed and well maintained. Diane and Donald are wonderful hosts, very responsive to any questions or concerns.

You can't beat this location!

I think this is our 4th time staying at this property and we will continue to keep coming back as much as we can. You just can't beat the super convenient location walking distance to shops and restaurants, the shared yard is perfect for kids and adults, and just a few steps to the beach. It really is a fantastic vacation rental.
