This cute and cozy home is in a great location within walking distance to the downtown area and restaurants as well as the sandy shores of Lake Huron and local parks and play areas.

This lovely home features two bedrooms on the main level and one bedroom on the upper level (up just 4 steps). Both twin beds have trundles that can be easily pulled out to accommodate extra guests.

There is a desk in the dining room and all tvs are roku with streaming apps so that you can log in to your personal account. This home is subscribed to FUBO and you are welcome to use it to watch sports to your hearts content!

Guests will have full access to the home and yard.

We live nearby and are readily available if you should need anything during your stay. We are very quick to respond to messages and look forward to providing a wonderful stay for our guests.

The home is within walking distance to parks and the downtown area, so walking or biking are great options. It's just 1 mile away from Mich-e-ke-wis Park splash pad, beach and playgrounds, and within walking distance to Thompson Beach and Blair Street Pier and small beach area as well.

Please note...Cars can not park in the driveway because it is too short. There is room for 1 car in the small garage. Parking on the street is free and unlimited. You can park on the side of the home as well as in front of it. From Nov 1 to April 1 street parking is not allowed overnight so please consider this if you're looking to book for the winter. The home is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

There are ceiling fans in the home as well as window A/C units in the living room and upper bedroom (seasonally)

There is not cable TV at the home, but there are smart tvs so you can stream using your own accounts.
