Fantastic Home

This home was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to so many things. The owner gave perfect instructions and reached out to make sure I was getting all of the information. My kids loved the Wii and we loved having enough space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Although we didn’t cook there because we were always out doing things, it appeared to be fully stocked with cooking implements. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cooling off in Flag

The house is as described, clean, very roomy and sunny. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Katannya Hartwell is a former teacher, former martial arts school owner and mother of 4. Katannya enjoys the outdoors in and around Flagstaff including hiking, snowboarding, and rock climbing. She loves the line dancing at the Museum Club and star gazing out at Lake Mary.

Why they chose this property

We love this family neighborhood just south of downtown Flagstaff. There are some nice hiking trails nearby and it's easy to see the night sky with very few street lights.

This home is a single level home with lots of room to spread out. There are some fun amenities, like heated floors and towel warmers, a 3-season room off one of the bedrooms, newly installed A/C to take the edge off the hottest summer days, and a full, upgraded kitchen.
