The "Trailside Retreat" is in one of the best neighborhoods in Flagstaff! Close to town, but peaceful with lots of trees and trails. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 and also has an office (with futon) to "work from home" in...if you must :)

The fully fenced backyard opens up to the forest with trails leading to Ponderosa Trails Park (see photos).

There is a single outdoor Security Camera overlooking the entrance so sorry, can't be sneaky :) Please be mindful of the neighbors

QUIET HOURS: After 9PM on Weekdays and 10PM on Fri & Sat nights. This is mainly for Outside on the Deck as even "normal" talking / laughing can carry over to nearby cabins. Please just move inside after hours unless its just a couple people quietly talking. Obviously, no loud music should ever be played outside. We want to be good neighbors!

Ponderosa Trails is a fantastic neighborhood just S of Downtown Flagstaff. It has a very popular Park with the same name and is a short walk from the Cabin.
You will receive a unique code for the door once you are booked.
You will have the entire place to yourself :)
