About this space
2bd 2bath 2nd floor furnished condo in a gated community. Newly installed laminate floors in the main area. Prime location, walking distance to seed to table(attraction). Great amenities, multiple pools, tennis courts, Bocchi courts, exercise room, library and fishing pier. Beautiful lake and fountain view from the Kitchen to the large lanai. High ceilings all over the house and plenty of storage space in the walk in downstairs entryway. 2 parking spots. Less then 10 minute drive to the beach.
The space
Large bright rooms with high ceilings. The master has a walking closet. second room has a large closet. all of the bedrooms and the living room have Televisions.
Guest access
The entrance is on the first floor which also has a storage closet with items available for guests to use for the beach.
