Modern, roomy, quiet and clean condo. Ideal quiet location in the middle of everything but insulated from big crowds. Only 4 block walk to the famous Windansea beach through a neighborhood of beautiful homes. Short walk to Birdrock or La Jolla Village. La Jolla Hike and bike trail 1 block away. Excellent south facing balcony, new appliances. 715 square feet that feels spacious and roomy. New exterior windows and doors. Ideal location between Birdrock and La Jolla Village. Plenty of safe street parking available close to unit. Minimum 30 day booking but book at least 31-32 days to avoid 10.5% local tax. This is because the definition of a month differs between City of San Diego and VRBO.

Winter home for two months 2024

Excellent location, convenient to LaJolla restaurants, ocean walking, seal beach and sea lions. La Lolla Blvd takes you to the Mission Beach area. Nice drive up the coast to Torry Pines, Del Mar and Carlsbad. Very comfortable bed in large bedroom. Bathroom is small with a nice shower. Doug was always available and quickly solved a few minor things. There is a small parking space but street parking is what we preferred. If you look for excellent exercise, look into Dan McKinney YMCA—free with Silver Sneekers and other insurance senior programs.

Proximity to Windansea Beach which is a locals favorite. A peaceful beach that is seldom crowded. Area is very safe as well.
