Don't stress a tight schedule--this four- bedroom, four-bathroom home is ideal for large groups or multiple professionals who prefer getting a quick start on a busy day. Whether your day consists of enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal, spending a day outside by the grill or working away from home, this home has what you need.

The space:
There are four comfortably sized bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the other bedrooms are on the second floor. The double twin bedroom is accessible only through the queen bedroom on the second floor. Every bedroom has a full-length mirror and a TV. Every bathroom has shower and/or bathtub with towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Three of the bathrroms are accessible through a bedroom and the last bathroom is in the hallway on the first floor.

There are also four office desks and high speed wifi, making it convenient for those who need to study or work remotely.

The kitchen comes equipped with ample cookware, eating and serving utensils, basic spices, oil and cookbooks.

Guest access:
Guests are not sharing the house with the host. Guests have the entire house to enjoy (but access to the basement and garage is not permitted).

Other things to note:
Guests can let host know if they prefer the futons to be made up as beds or sitting areas before check-in. If no preference provided, futons will be setup as sitting areas.

This was a great house for a large group. We loved the backyard and the fire pit area as well as the spacious kitchen and comfortable living area! The location was great for a short Uber ride to the Linebacker Lounge and then an easy walk to the Notre Dame stadium! We would recommend the Scott Street Historic Haven if you are attending a Notre Dame game.

Lots of Space and Bathrooms

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were several beds and showers that made it easy for our larger family to get ready for events. House provided nice towels for the showers and bed linens. We were in town for a wedding. There were some outside chairs in the back yard to use as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is beautiful. It has every conceivable convenience you can imagine. It was spotless, beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious and incredibly nice We all would highly recommend this property and if we were to go back to South Bend,, this is where we would stay. Everything was easy pleasant and communication is fabulous. Again five stars plus and highly recommended.

A Literal Gem

Absolutely fantastic host and property. Reasonable price, a great layout with multiple king beds. House has character while having modern conveniences. Super clean. The location is superbly convenient and a short drive to Notre Dame, the hospital, and everything you could need. We're sad that we don't get to the South Bend area regularly (opposing team fans), or else we'd be asking if we could book for next year!
