What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- Our home does not offer air conditioning, however it does have a whole house fan that circulates air throughout. Opening a few windows to let the cool ocean breeze in helps to cool it down fast!
- The highway (I-5) is pretty close by which is convenient, however does result in some mild traffic noise. The inside of the house is very quiet, it's only while outside that you’re able to hear it and it quickly fades to the background.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 9 Guests! The primary bedroom features a King size bed w/ attached ensuite and a private entry to the backyard w/ views of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for kids! The 3rd bedroom features a 2nd King bed. The 4th bedroom is separate from the sleeping quarters of the rest of the home, perfect for extra privacy or an early-riser, it features a Queen bed, a desk with office chair, and has direct access to the shared full bathroom. The TV room is equipped with a modular sectional sofa that easily converts to another bed.

All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and well-being.

The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, double-ovens, and dishwasher along with a coffee-maker, spike rack, baking tray, serving platters, glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, and much more!

Guest access
You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the Mini Golf course, Games Room, and driveway parking. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Cedros Ave to explore the shops or spend a day at the beach!
Other things to note
♻ We strive to be eco-friendly while still providing you with a 5-star experience. Whilst we know that rentals can be very wasteful, we are doing our best to counteract that and take measures to protect our planet. As such, all of our toiletries are biodegradable, paraben free, and purchased in bulk to reduce waste.

♻ We have eco-friendly options for cleaning supplies including everyday surface cleaner, glass cleaner, microfiber towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and laundry detergent. We use all refillable soap dispensers and purchase our hand soap in bulk to reduce waste.

♻ Our k-cups are all recyclable and we have a filtered water dispenser on the inside of the fridge along with a Brita water pitcher so there is no need for bottled water. All of our exterior lighting is solar powered, taking advantage of those SoCal rays ☀. The Nest Learning Thermostat supports a Clean Energy Future and compiles data to optimize energy usage. We even went eco-friendly with our single use items by providing you with compostable sandwich baggies and Aircarbon paper plates and bowls.


There is keyless entry to the home. We provide a unique door code that only you have access to. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.
