The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all food with you as we have a very active bear community. Throw trash out in the shed at the bottom of the driveway. Blue bin is trash and green bin is recycling. Make sure to lock the door!
Wash all dishes and dry on the drying rack located under the sink.
Place used towels in the washing machine or on bathroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cat is local to Sussex County and has her own rental property as well. Together we inspire to give you a great stay, while you enjoy the cabin and the surrounding area.
Michelle & Cat are a mother and daughter team. Cat has been a property manager since 2011.

Sussex County is home to lakes, rivers, hiking, farms, wineries, Mountain Creek with summer water park & bike park, winter skiing and tubing, ziplining, trescape, horseback riding and so much more. Just a few minutes away is Warwick, NY. And new addition to the area is Legoland.
What makes this property unique
The minute you enter the house you feel the coziness of the cabin with cross beams with lighting and a stone fireplace that turns on with a click of the remote. The house is modern with all the necessities. A nice deck for bbq's and a fire pit with lighting outside. Just a short walk to the lake. You have full beach rights at the lake.
