Lounge in the hammock in the wrap around couch on the large screened in front porch, take your coffee down to the beach first thing in the morning, stay all day with your beach set up only minutes walk from house. Lay in the swinging bed, in front of the fire pit, in the fenced in backyard, secure boat-I sized parking and large kitchen for cooking your catch! (Note picture of 19 ft boat and truck fitting in back drive way and covered car port), house is one story so no stairs!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put the trash out in the cans outside the gate in back, and don't forget to lock the can up so the bears don't get in it
Please make sure all windows are shut, AC is set to 76, lights are off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
