Absolutely no pets. Absolutely no smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside on the balcony or in the common areas including outside the entries and the rear lawn area. Please read on for more details.
Plenty of storage in the closet in the hall. Double closets in the bedroom and off-balcony exterior storage with locking door.
This community is well established and reliable in terms of community maintenance.
