On The River

Hosts treated us like family! Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Beds were great, had all the essentials, and was right on the river. Covered porch and side porch were great to relax on when the rains came thru. Overall great stay here, and would absolutely book again! Elisha is one of the best hosts I've ever interacted with! She helped us out with a number of things that came up on our end and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of!

Great outlaw trail riding

We went riding from here for the second time and both times the riding and the house were great. There is plenty of room inside and out and the house is always very clean.

Great spacious home with outdoor seating

I would visit again! The home is newly updated with charming decor. The beds and sectional sofa are very comfortable. The owners were prompt to respond to our requests.

A vacation for all

House is updated and super clean. We appreciated the craftsmanship in the home and furniture as well as the tasteful decor! Place was convenient for the guys to ride their Atvs, the women to go shopping and the adult kids to claim movie day at the house❤️.Elisha was friendly and incredibly accommodating! Definitely will stay again!

Home by the river

This is a beautiful home with everything you need while away from home. The host Elisha is very responsive and has put together a great getaway. We loved sitting in the back down by the river. Thanks for everything and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely be booking this property again. 😊

The perfect rental house

This house is amazing, from location to the house itself. The house was much bigger then I thought, with a perfect lil fire pit area near the creek. My family had a wonderful time and would like to thank you for all the assistance and recommendations. Would love to visit the area again at some point and will be looking to stay here again, if available. Thank you, way more to do in the area then I originally thought or planned.

Visiting Family for Vacation

We booked the rental for two nights to enjoy the fourth of July and visit family. We ended up only staying one night due to cleanliness issues with the house. At first communication was okay with the host until we explained why we could not stay in the house then the responses from the host turned rude and dismissive. We were able to receive a one night refund.

Great family stay near beautiful atv trails!

Location is a great spot for a family fun on the nearby atv trails. Parking lot was perfect for parking our vehicle and trailer with plenty of room to pull in and out. Next to a railroad track it was fun to wave at the train conductor upon our late night arrival then greeted with the train horn. The kids loved it! We only heard the train once during our stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, outside grill underneath the open covered patio. Property is very clean and simple yet felt like home away from home. Large area of the house convenient for sxs gear and extras. Laundry room is a game changer for those not wanting to pack much or plan on getting dirty on the trails. For those that are coffee drinkers bring keurig cups. I brought ground coffee not thinking of asking ahead of time. There is a general dollar store just right up the road for grocery shopping convenience as well as a large gas station for other needs. Friendly neighbors made the area feel safe. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the speedy communication from Elisha the host. Thank you!

The house was amazing! Beautiful furnishings, decorated beautifully! The mud room was awesome for after rides and not tracking ALOT of mud throughout the home. Great layout, plenty of space, multiple tv’s which is always a plus and the covered patio was ideal! The river runs behind the house (you can see from the patio, just beautiful! Plenty of room for parking! The owners stopped by to meet us and that was so awesome! Elisha was so nice and super helpful! We can’t wait to go back!
