Located just off of East Bay Street in the heart of the historic downtown district, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, this condo features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space. Features: Dining table with six seats and fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware. The living room features a sleeper sofa and full bathroom. The Master suite is located on the 2nd level, with a full bathroom and washer and dryer. The bedroom has its own flat screen, Roku powered TV and King-sized bed. There is also a sitting room area perfect for relaxing and workspace. Parking: One off-street parking space available. Possibility for additional parking, please inquire. Possibility to rent 9 Cordes Street with this condo as well.
