Our newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is perfect for small families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
Our spacious layout and stylish design will immediately put you at ease, while our location in the Cold Springs neighborhood provides easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails, skiing, golfing, restaurants, and shopping. Plus, with room for up to 6 guests and two cars in our garage, you can bring the whole crew!
Inside, you'll find a welcoming open living and dining area with plenty of natural light and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a large fridge with on-demand water and ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, silverware, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. Plus, our breakfast bar and dining table provide plenty of seating for everyone.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a king-size Beautyrest Pressure Smart plus pillowtop mattress with adjustable base and large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with an adjustable base and premium mattress, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with twin-over-full bunks and a pack and play.
