We love to spend time with our family and friends so space is key! At Hook, Wine, and Sinker, we can accommodate up to 10 - 12 guests. We provide all hotel style white sheets and towels. A professional cleaning team services the home between guests. Your perfect lake vacation is our priority!

The property is located within a quiet neighborhood amongst beautiful farmland. There is a spacious backyard set on a beautiful cove where you're likely to see blue heron, turtles, and other lake wildlife. There is a boat house with deck where you can fish the day away, and plenty of indoor/outdoor games for all ages. Bring your own boat or rent one and tie up to the boat house. The neighborhood 2-mile loop is perfect for walking, running, or an evening stroll to watch the sun set over the farmland. You'll encounter deer, bunnies, and friendly neighbors out for their sunset golf cart cruises.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off. A screened porch offers outdoor seating to enjoy coffee or cocktails or simply enjoy the lake views. Make your favorite family meals in the fully stocked kitchen.

We have one king bed on the main floor; two queen beds, two full and two twin beds downstairs. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are an open floor plan with plenty of space.

A fire pit is available to gather around in the evenings with drinks or to roast marshmallows. We have two kayaks available for guest use.

Hook, Wine, and Sinker is perfect for family gatherings or to simply lay low and relax during your Lake Tillery getaway. We are within 10-20 minutes of shopping, dining, Uwharrie National Forest, Morrow Mountain, and multiple wineries. Choose your adventure!

Family mini vacation

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful time enjoying the screened-in porch. Adults and kids alike loved the beautiful shaded backyard. The dock was an asset for tying up the jet ski and the cove was great for relaxing on the tubes. We will definitely stay again. The owners were easy to text and responded right away! Beautiful Home & Hospitality

Our group of 11 had an amazing time at Hook, Wine and Sinker! The home is beautiful and perfect for a group! It exceeded our expectations and had all the amenities. My friends kept saying to definitively keep this house for future visits. The hosts were readily available if we needed anything at all. The location is perfect. Secluded yet close to lake access, nice and quiet and relaxing. We even caught catfish right off the dock! Can’t go wrong with this house!

Lake Tillery getaway

We loved the layout of the home! Very clean and easy access to property manager with any concerns/issues. Kids enjoyed riding their scooters from home on the road, swing in back yard, and making s’mores over the fire pit. Only down fall is we wished we had more swimming area near home. Really small cove. Recommend dish cloths in kitchen

Look no further - From checkin to checkout our stay at Hook, Wine and Sinker was FANTASTIC! The house was easy to find, beautiful setting, huge backyard and on the lake. The house is so inviting. Open space, great back deck and screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee or cuddled up with a book in the rain. Husband enjoyed a long nap! linens and beds are top notch. All appliances in great shape with a well stock kitchen. Includes WiFi, games, kayaks, fire pit… all the makings of an amazing stay. You will be hard pressed to find better Hosts. They are quick to respond and provide info to enhance your stay. The absolute best! We have already planned our next stay! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your home and an amazing stay!

Graduation Week

Great Spot and excellent size for a big family gathering. We had family come in from all corners of the country and we’re accommodated very well. All the regular living supplies were well equipped. The house is spacious with lots of yard for activities. The lake access is in a cove with plenty of room even for the amateur boater. The neighborhood is very friendly and even offered us fire wood if we needed it. Peaceful and Relaxing. Plenty of parking. We will definitely keep this property in Mind for future events.

Great family weekend at Lake Tillery

We had a great long weekend staying here with some extended family. We had from a 2.5 year old all the way to 70s. Great house with space to spread out. Loved the screened in porch, the large and VERY well stocked kitchen, comfortable and soft beds (honestly a bit too soft for me but others complimented them). The driveway is large and was big enough to park several vehicles and the truck with the boat trailer. We enjoyed boating during the weekend and it was convenient to be able to dock the boat at the house. Just be aware that this house is towards the back of a cove and you likely need a skilled boat captain to dock large boats like a pontoon. The water was maybe 5' deep off the dock and was fine for some swimming and floating by the dock. It was very quiet back in this cove. The backyard is shady for sitting in a chair relaxing by the water. We didn't end up using the firepit but there is one provided and there are string lights strung across the backyard setting the scene for a great evening roasting marshmallows and sitting by a fire. Great communication all along the way from the owner. Thanks for a great weekend!

Randall's Ferry is a beautiful and scenic farm community set on Lake Tillery. The home is situated on almost an acre of gentle sloping land to a lake cove with main channel views from the back of the home and farm views from the front of the home. You can walk, run, or bike the 2-mile neighborhood and see lots of wildlife and neighbors. Locals come to Randalls Ferry for its scenic and quiet 2-mile walking loop.
