we have lived on lake oconee for 14 years & recently fell in love with what is now the brown dog cabin - we thought is was a delightful spot to get away from it all & an opportunity to share the area we love with others.

we live 10 minutes from lake oconee plantation, where the brown dog cabin is located, & love that this small, close knit community offers a private boat ramp for access to the lake for boat, jet ski, kayak, to fish or just float.
What makes this property unique
this home has just been remodeled with new paint, flooring, main bath, kitchen sink & countertops - all new mattresses & linens!
