Tranquil ocean view getaway in a soothing and unique, three-level custom home. Architect remodeled home on this quiet cul-de-sac just a few blocks from restaurants, shops and services, and minutes from downtown, several parks and beach access. Bamboo floors and custom furniture, concrete counters, natural slate finishes and open beam ceilings yield warm embracing interiors. Kitchen appliances recently replaced. Open plan combines light-filled living, dining and kitchen areas with in-door/outdoor living. Spacious Master Suite at third floor with built-in work area, deck, and stunning ocean/island/sunset views.
Private outdoor patio at main level with mountain and ocean views.

There is also a detached studio cottage at the rear of the property, but this is rented separately on VRBO.
