This newly remodeled home has been specifically made for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful views of the red hills or the night stars of the night sky. If you are staying a night or a week or more, this is the place to be!

Centrally located to many natural wonders such as Zions National Park Kaibab National Forest(Grand Canyon), The Wave, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Historic Arizona Strip. This new renovated home is ready for you and all your adventures!

Located down a no through street, with no thru traffic and in a new very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Parking for 2 vehicles on driveway and parking for a UTV trailer on the side of home or for any other toys you have, you wont have a tight space to turn around in.

This beautiful home has a front porch with chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful Kanab sunsets, fire pit with bench and a BBQ grill thats provided for your use.

Three unique bedrooms with a king in the main room, queen bed in the second room and a twin over full bunk bed in the third room.

A gorgeous kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and baking essentials for your use, it also has high speed fiber internet/wifi throughout the house that is provided for your internet needs.

Papa Bears cottage was the perfect vacation stay! The location is very convenient to Kanab, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, White Pocket, Alstrom Point, Smoky Mountain, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and many other cool places to visit. The cottage was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks again!

This VRBO was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The home was spotless and I loved the decorations! The bed's were comfy, very nice kitchen. It was great to have a full washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this VRBO!My favorite thing was Peekaboo Slot Canyon. Zion was also great.

Great Property in Central Location

Clean, quiet, spacious place right near central Kanab served as a great hub for visiting nearby parks — and for relaxing in between activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Kanab house

Nice property, lots of space, excellently stocked- everything you would want in a “base camp” house in Kanab close to all the National Parks. Adorable house- we loved it! Amazing shower!

Super clean house in great location

Chelsea’s place was an extremely clean and nice house located 2 minutes from downtown Kanab but in a quiet and scenic location. We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the area, and would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic rental!

This property was everything we could ask for. Everything was clean and we appreciated having so many essentials supplied. The grill was a huge perk. We enjoyed cooking out and relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to family and friends.

Awesome place

Great place for anything you’re doing in and around Kanab! Clean and had everything we needed for our family. Beds were great and had lots of towels. Owner was great. Will definitely stay here again!

Balloons and tunes overnight trip

Weekend in Kanab

Great place to stay! Hosts were exceptional and we had everything we needed at the cottage! It’s hard to find places with trailer parking and this one was perfect. Very kid friendly property and in a quiet part of town. Highly recommend!
