This is a private UPPER LEVEL of a two-flat home. The lower unit is rented separately and well insulated with a thick concrete and sound barrier for added privacy and quiet.

This property is perfect for families wanting to get away for a bit in the mountains. We wanted to drive on the parkway to enjoy the fall foliage and wanted to stay somewhere close. House has all the amenities you could want! Very clean and well presented. The host was in contact with us to ensure we had a great stay. The views are stunning! Sunrise right over the mountains! We even saw multiple deer and turkeys during the day. Spacious house and truly a great family getaway. We hope to return for another memorable stay!!

Clean and has beautiful views

Very relaxing environment for adults. My grandsons had fun exploring the environment. Accommodations were excellent and comfortable. Definitely recommend for future travelers. Hostess Jodi was wonderful and stayed in touch!

Short family getaway

We loved the accommodations and space. Weather premiered us to enjoy the front yard with the grand children when we arrived, and when rained all day the next day there were no complaints when we stayed in and broke out the crafts and coloring for the grand babies while other family members enjoyed quite time or movie time. Kitchen area and dining area allowed all six of us adequate and ample room to be together. We have already discussed coming back. Love area location also.

It is all in details

The home was beautiful and as expected. The "wow" factor came with the details of our experience. The communication with the hostess was quick, easy, and prompt. My husband mentioned "this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed". (And he drives a hard bargain!) There was a pleasant surpise with a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees and "fixings". There were all the basics that one might need in a quick overnight, including body wash, shampoo/conditioner (for both sexes), some laundry and dish detergent. Spa Bath Robes available for use. (Nice touch!) And a breathtaking morning view from the Master bedroom to start your day out with a view of God's artwork. Also, some interesting nature books on the shelves to pass the downtime. This was a memorable rental for all the right reasons. Thank you for your hospitality. ~ The Taylors
