Great Time in Ocean Gate

Location- Location- Location. Wake up, walk out the front door, walk 15' and we are on the beach. That was great. Maria is very responsive and extremely helpful. We had a great week at the house, the beach and around Ocean Gate. Highly recommend! Maria, THANK YOU!

Misrepresented

It appears to be ideal. Maria is very cooperative. That being said, the place is dirty. There is no dishwasher. The couch is very uncomfortable. The beds were ok. We were flooded out most of the week and the proximity to the beach forced us to keep the blinds closed.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you chose to stay at a BEACHFRONT location. The pictures and description of the house are extremely accurate in depicting it's beautiful location. The full moon forced high tide and you experienced mother nature at her best. Those with the luxury of beachfront living are all too familiar with the effects of weather. Our property undergoes a rigorous cleaning process before every guest’s arrival, and our cleaning team takes great pride in ensuring that the home is spotless. We also inspected the home prior to your arrival to ensure it met these high standards.

Being a VRBO host can be incredibly rewarding for several reasons:

I get to share a piece of my cherished home with others, allowing them to experience the beauty and uniqueness of waterfront property. It’s satisfying to know that guests are creating memories in a space that holds meaning for me.

As a host, I can highlight the best parts of my neighborhood and the local area, offering personalized recommendations and helping guests discover hidden gems they might not find on their own.

I also enjoy expressing my creativity in how I set up my property, from the decor to the amenities I offer. Tailoring the experience to make guests feel special can be a lot of fun.

Lastly, receiving appreciative reviews from guests can be very fulfilling, as it’s a sign that my efforts have made their stay enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

The scene features picturesque views of the water, with gentle waves lapping against the shore. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, has a beautiful boardwalk to enjoys strolls on, and a view that can only be captured by seeing it. You will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

What makes this property unique

Prime Location: property is situated at the most scenic part of town, with unobstructed views of the water, perhaps catching the best sunrises or sunsets.

Unlike more crowded parts of the shore, this property offers a sense of peace and privacy, with just the sound of water to accompany you.
