Enjoy a home cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen, settle in for a game night around the spacious dining room table, or watch the day slip away enjoying the ocean breeze from the outside deck.

The three bedrooms all include closets to make it easy to settle in during your stay. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed with a private full bathroom. Across the hall you'll find the bunk room for the kiddos, as well as a secondary bedroom with a spacious king bed.

Great place and great location

The place was perfect for a family of four with plenty of room, well furnished, and in a great location. Owners were great with communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend

Family memorial

We stayed here for a family event we do every year, Ray was a great host, when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house he had someone there within 10 minutes to let us in. We plan to stay here again next year.

Mardi Gras Weekend Stay

Ray was very accommodating with an early check in request. Wife and friend needed to be in Galveston early to deliver Meals on Wheels while the men checked in. House was clean, comfortable and perfect for our weekend. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. Just a short walk to the beach.

Perfect Location

This house was a perfect location for our trip. Close to beaches. House was very clean and well kept. The kids thought the ping pong table was a great bonus. I can't say enough good things about this house. Will definitely stay here again!

Adorable Beach Cottage!

We had a great time at this adorable Pirate Beach home! Everything was clean and it was a nice short walk to the beach. The house was even well stocked with beach towels, chairs and a wagon. My teens really enjoyed the patio under the house, it had a nice sitting area and a ping pong table, so fun! The huge porch was my favorite spot, especially the swing! We will definitely be back!

What a hidden little gem! When for a girls weekend with our friends/daughters. 5 Stars We had such a wonderful stay at this little beach house! It was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach was just a quick 5-minute walk away, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group — everyone felt right at home. And the swing on the front porch? Absolute perfection! It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or wind down after a day in the sun. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Cute and cozy beach house!

The house was great, just as pictured on the site. It was clean, cozy, and had pretty much everything we needed. Only a 6 or 7 min walk to the beach or a short 2 min drive. The beach in this neighborhood is clean, not crowded, and family friendly. The balcony was super nice and comfortable. Ray was great at communicating with us. It was perfect for our group with 4 adults (2 couples) and one toddler. They even had a pack n play and high chair for him! Would definitely stay here again!

Mom’s and Daughter’s

My friend and I brought our daughters and a couple of their friends to the beach for the Labor Day weekend. The home was perfect with all the essentials to accommodate everyone. The first thing we noticed was how clean the property was. The location was a few blocks from the beach but an easy walk and they offered a fold up wagon to make carrying items easier. Our Host , Ray was quick to respond to all my questions and requests. I would definitely book this property again. Many thanks to Ray for allowing us the share his home for the weekend! Great memories!

A Return to Pirates Beach

Ray’s beach house is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. I enjoyed the big family room, kitchen, dining area combination. We were only 3 adults but the house would accomodate 2 families easily. Check in was easy and there is a wagon, chairs and toys for the beach. I owned and enjoyed my own beach house at Pirates Beach for 18 years. During these years my own children moved away and started their families. The beach was always a draw to bring them back to me for summer holidays. With my grandchildren, I built sandcastles and hunted for ghost crabs and played in the water and built memories. This Memorial Day I rented Ray’s beach house and began building memories with my great grandsons who were staying at another house. I highly recommend Ray’s house for family gatherings and fun at the beach.
