OCEAN VIEW Brand New Beach House - 6 bedrooms / 10 Beds - sleeps 18 ppl. Perfect for family or corporate gatherings! Wake up to the sound of the waves every morning!
Our home is brand new from top to bottom, including designer furnishings and luxury features: balcony with ocean views, A/C in each bedroom, Smart TVs, Stainless Steel appliances, and open living rooms with ocean & sunset views.
The house features a light and bright open floor plan, including the ocean-view patios, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms (3 of them with en-suite bathrooms), 5 full bathrooms, washer / dryer, and two tandem garages that can fit 4 standard-sized cars. The building is a duplex and has two separate entrances that lead to 1) 3rd floor and 2) ground / 2nd floor.
Level 3:
Ocean View living room + kitchen and dining
Room 1 - King Bed (en-suite bathroom)
Room 2 - Queen Bed
Room 3 - 2 bunk beds - each bunk is Twin over Full **the max weight capacity for the upper bunk is 180 lbs. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to use the upper bunk**

Level 1 +2 and 3 have separate entrances for more privacy. Level 1 is not connected to the rest of the house internally.
Parking:
The two tandem garages can fit 4 standard size cars. The garage door is ~93 inch wide, ~82.5 inch tall. Our garage can easily fit standard SUVs, but we do not recommend you bring a larger SUV to the house. For example, the 2022 Chevy Tahoe has a very difficult time fitting in the garage while also allowing space for the driver to exit the vehicle; we do not recommend a vehicle this size. However, there are street parking spots around the house for larger vehicles :)

This is NOT a party house. This home is located in a residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise and parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation allowed on the property at all times. Failure to abide by these policies lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
