Why Knot invites you to experience all that the Outer Banks (OBX) has to offer. This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo is situated in a second floor condo unit with elevator access, at Pirate's Cove Resort, providing stunning views of both the Sound and canal front. The open floor plan is designed to maximize these scenic vistas from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and dining areas.
Recent Renovations and Amenities
Our home away from home was recently renovated in 2022, featuring new living room and deck furniture, a 65” Smart TV (no cable), all stainless-steel kitchen appliances, and a dining room table with high top chairs. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV, and a Keurig is available for your favorite coffee or tea.
Bedrooms and Bath
The sound-front Master bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bath for added privacy and comfort. Bedroom #2 looks towards Rudder Canal and is furnished with a Queen bed. The condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests.
Boating and Parking
A free boat launch is conveniently located near Pirate's Cove, and off-site trailer parking is available for a nominal fee. Dock slips can also be coordinated with the Pirates Cove Realty Office for interested guests at an additional cost.
Rental Availability and Booking Policies
Why Knot is available for rental year-round. During peak season, from June 6th to August 15th, weekly Saturday-to-Saturday bookings are required to ensure guests make the most of their summer escape. Outside of these dates, guests may enjoy flexible booking options, including a two-night minimum stay, with certain holiday weekends subject to a three-night minimum. Pirate's Cove Community Features
Pirate's Cove is a gated community offering a wide range of amenities: a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse, fitness center, sand volleyball and basketball courts, outdoor pavilion, and 4.2 miles of lighted dock. All amenities are within walking distance from the centrally located condo, with elevator access to our condo right outside the door.
Dining, Activities, and Local Attractions
Onsite, you'll find the Bluewater Bar and Grille and Mimi Tiki Hut just a few minutes' walk away, along with the Ships Store and the world-class Pirate's Cove Marina, which offers charters for offshore/inshore fishing and sightseeing tours. The community is golf cart-friendly, perfect for bike rides, and guests can fish and crab right from the docks.
