This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has tons of space including a full kitchen and private balcony overlooking Champaign.

We are a property management company. Our staff is completely available during office hours and always willing to help outside of them when necessary.

The Downtown Champaign area is bustling and full of nightlife, restaurants, shops, and cafes.
Please leave the apartment tidy. Our cleaning fee covers regular clleaning of the apartment, for messes beyond this there will be an extra charge assessed.

Nice place and location

Nice building inside and nice place. Close to restaurants. On a weekend it can get noisy from nearby businesses but that died down early enough to not interrupt sleep.

Classy and clean!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was secure, high end condo with a ton of great restaurants within walking distance. We came to Illinois for a family wedding and this condo gave us the comfort of being in our own home. We will absolutely look into staying here for our next trip.

Senior Recital

Looked for a place to stay for a few days while attending my nieces senior recital at UI. Condo provided a great location for our stay. Very comfortable accommodations to visit with our niece and catch up on what’s going on in her life. Nice views were a bonus.

Nice condo, great downtown Champaign location

Very nice condo in downtown Champaign. Comfy beds, very nice towels, and overall well appointed space. No complaints at all with the space or our stay. Communication needs some improvements. The check-in process is a little confusing. Lockbox is on the second floor - inside a paid parking garage. Guest guide was sent, but the lockbox code wasn't in that communication - had to dig it out from a VRBO note. Not impossible, but a bit confusing. We actually checked out a day early and sent a note via VRBO. Never got a reply to confirm. Would totally stay again, just some kinks to be worked out in communication!
