Welcome to our newly updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Marion, MA, situated on a quiet, dead-end street. At the end of our road is a small private tidal beach on Sippican Harbor, perfect for boating, fishing, & swimming. The cottage has an open layout, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, gas grill, fire pit, and large picnic table. Ideal for exploring Cape Cod, Providence, and Newport, and only an hour and a half from Boston. A tranquil & relaxing retreat for a small family or group of friends.

The cute cottage is a cozy and charming space that is all on one floor. It features two bedrooms and one bathroom, making it perfect for a small family or a couple. The interior is warm and inviting, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor. The bedrooms are comfortable, with plenty of natural light and ample storage in the captains beds. The bathroom is clean and recently updated, with all the necessary amenities. The cottage is on a private road with a small private shallow water tidal beach. It is a peaceful and tranquil space, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.
