Talon Preserve Gem

Great location, great house which was like new and well stocked. Plenty of space and it was great having a private pool. The activity center was second to none. I highly recommend this property for a couple or a family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greg’s home in Nokomis, FL! The house was super clean, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of space, excellent master bedroom, pool was well taken care of and Greg was a great host and communicator. This was the best home we have ever visited and we felt right at home very quickly!We loved being very close to the beaches, Venice and Sarasota. The guard gated community afforded us peace and quiet and the community center with pool, pickle ball courts and gym were like new.We highly recommend this home!

Lovely house in a wonderful community.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Greg's house. The house was very clean, is well appointed, has a nice pool and is in a great community with many amenities such as a really nice gym. We felt completely at home immediately after arriving. Greg is a very responsive host and any issue that arose were quickly dealt with. We hope to stay there again in the future. Would highly recommend!
