This brand new designer house provides the indulgence of a well-deserved vacation. This 4-bedroom and 4-bathroom home has been thoughtfully designated to cater to your every need.

The space:
Each room boasts its own bathroom for maximum convenience and privacy.
On the first level, you'll find a cozy Queen bedroom.

On the second level, two Queen bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom with a double vanity, enclosed shower, and toilet. The main bedroom, furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, offers its own expansive bathroom complete with a double vanity, a stunning freestanding tub, and an abundance of natural light.

Parking is a breeze with two designated spots on the right side of the house. Please ensure both vehicles are backed up completely to accommodate both spots.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home.

Guest Access:
We've equipped the house with a smart lock for your convenience, and detailed instructions for accessing the property will be provided prior to your arrival.
Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy the convenience of SMART TVs in every room, allowing you to access your favorite apps like Netflix with ease.

Other details to note:
Please note that the exterior of the property is equipped with three security cameras, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay. The maximum capacity for guests is eight individuals and this will be monitored in conjunction with your booked stay. Please be aware that this is a two-story home with thermostats conveniently located on each level.
Late Check-Out Fee: Please note that we offer a flexible check-out time for our guests' convenience. However, if you wish to extend your stay beyond the standard check-out time of 11 AM, a late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee helps us ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests and allows us to maintain the high standards of our accommodation. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the agreed-upon check-out time.
