C1 Wallys by The Convention Center and The Landing

Summary:
Enjoy the perfect view and location of this studio apartment located in Historic Downtown Branson. Walking distance to The Landing, The Convention Center, many local shops, restaurants and attractions. There is also a trolley (Ride Sparky) that runs throughout the day and early evening with many pick-up and drop-off locations. (2 locations are near us).

The Space:
Downtown by the landing where all the action is at. A view worth 1000 words, and easy walking and biking distance to all the downtown attractions. The trolley picks up on its last stop right across the street from you. We suggest if you are new to the area to hop on, it's free, and discover many of the areas hidden treasures.

Guest Access:


Guests will have full use of laundry services and parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Historic Downtown Branson within walking distance of the Branson landing and many other local shops, restaurants and attractions.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and attractions. Free trolley - Ride Sparky (various pick-up and drop-off locations around our apartment.)

Other Things to Note:
Outside building and landscaping are under remodeling construction. Construction hours are from 8 AM - 5PM.

Pets are allowed under 50lbs. $75 pet fee will be added
1. Please crate pets when left alone
2. Please keep pets off the furniture
3. Please pick up pet poo and dispose
4. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to guest

There is construction on site. It should not hinder your stay but we want you to be aware of it.

Studio apartment sleeps 2 with possibility of 3. There is a queen bed and futon available in the apartment.

Great downtown location!. Room was nice but there was a slight mildew smell, the bed bug mattress protector had holes, and the green and white area rug was dirty/wornout and there was some trash underneath the foot of the bed but or else cute place.

Great location with just a short walk to downtown and the landing. Property was clean and with the parking was a great option.

Perfect little couples stay

Absolutely loved this property. Parking could have been more convenient but the location is within walking distance to the landing, the train, the Farmhouse restaurant and Dicks five and ten. Just what we needed!

We were looking for something close to Branson Landing but not right in the middle of everything. We stayed in apartment C1 and it was perfect for us. We knew we didn’t need anything big but wanted something clean and comfortable and this property was just what we needed! We will definitely stay again.

Weekend get away

Great location. Short walk to the Branson Landing and all the shops. Property is being remodeled, so it’s a little messy because of that. But, the property is really cute and the apt was clean.

A Quick Walk from the Landing

We enjoyed our stay so much at this little VRBO. The apartment is as described. Had a coffee/tea maker, sink, mini-electric stove, full size refrigerator, futon, privacy blinds or windows open. It was perfect for the two of us. We had never explored the Branson Landing before and it's only 2 blocks away. We walked there in no time and enjoyed our stay immensely. Recommend!

Studio apartment

It was conveniently located to the Convention Center and downtown shops (we walked to both). The parking was a little tight due to construction materials and large dumpster, but we made it work. We basically needed a comfortable place to sleep that was convenient to the event we were attending and this worked out great! Thank for hosting us!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Received clear instructions for check in. Great communication. Only concern was with TV and had very quick response and Hanna worked quickly to resolve problem.
