You`ll fall in love with every corner of this home. With two cozy bedrooms and a spacious living room, there`s room for up to eight guests to come and relax.
The upstairs boasts an open and bright atmosphere, while the downstairs offers a fun and inviting space with a ping pong table, games, and a 60` TV for entertainment. Step out onto the lanai, complete with a bar and seating, and take in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear river right from your backyard.
With easy access via lockbox and plenty of parking, this haven is ready to welcome you for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a paved road, you`ll have no trouble settling in and making yourself at home. Please treat our property with care and respect, as if it were your own. No smoking is allowed on the premises.
We encourage you to explore the back patio and enjoy the views, but please be cautious of the uneven areas and watch out for your little ones. And don`t forget to bring your furry friends along - with prior approval and a pet fee, well-behaved pets are welcomed here. Guests must check in and out on days other than Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
