We're sorry to hear from your private feedback that a few minor maintenance items affected your stay. As our many other reviews reflect, we take great pride in responding quickly whenever issues arise. During your stay, we offered to address the first reported item immediately, but we understood that you preferred not to have maintenance enter the condo. We also learned of another issue only after your departure, which has since been addressed. Regarding the air conditioning, the system is designed to automatically shut off whenever the lanai doors are open to conserve energy, and it was operating as intended during your stay.
