Convenient location

The unit is spacious and the beds are comfortable. It would have been better with darker shades for the bedroom. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance plus a Safeway and CVS within a block or two.

Good location

Easy walking to lots of delicious places on Solano. Easy and prompt communication with Judy. Worked for our family of five, though probably better for max of four. Does get a little noisy with upstairs neighbors, but not too bad. Nice to have off-street parking. Would recommend for Bay area adventures!

A great condo near the Albany-Berkeley border

My husband and I stayed at this condo for four nights as we attended a family wedding and met up with family members. Two family members joined us for one night. It was very comfortable for four people. In addition to the two bedrooms, there was a small but complete kitchen, an eating area, and a living room all on a lively and fascinating street. Our host responded quickly to any questions or comments. Altogether we were very pleased with this housing.

In town to help a family member

My wife and I needed a place to stay for 5 nights as we drove in to town to help an elderly family member who is mobility impaired. We were concerned about the location at first as it was just off a street passing through the commercial part of town. As it turns out, street noise was not an issue at all. It is a little tight to get a larger vehicle in and out of the parking area, but it is manageable. All things considered, the property gave us a clean and quiet place to rest at the end of each day and was within walking distance to several places to eat if you did not feel like cooking in the kitchen.

Great location

Location is great, apartment is clean, if sparse. Hard to find 2bedrooms, 2 bath for this price. Dishwasher and very nice kitchen w marble countertops and new appliances. But other rooms seem to have been cobbled together with whatever furniture could be found. Functional but pretty basic. Communication was ok, we didn't have any major issues but there were only enough linens for 2 beds with 2 pillows and pretty limited number of towels, no hairdryer. I messaged host who said she'd be by in a few days w hairdryer but I ended up borrowing my sister in law's.

Clean and quiet

Communication was great and they were quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to walk to a market (Safeway) and a variety of restaurants.
